Soekarno

Dr.(HC) Ir. Soekarno Sukarno, nama lahir: Koesno Sosrodihardjo (lahir di Surabaya, Jawa Timur, 6 Juni 1901 – meninggal di Jakarta, 21 Juni 1970 pada umur 69 tahun) adalah Presiden Indonesia pertama yang menjabat pada periode 1945–1966. Ia memainkan peranan penting untuk memerdekakan bangsa Indonesia dari penjajahan Belanda. Soekarno adalah penggali Pancasila karena ia yang pertama kali mencetuskan konsep mengenai dasar negara Indonesia itu dan ia sendiri yang menamainya Pancasila. Ia adalah Proklamator Kemerdekaan Indonesia (bersama dengan Mohammad Hatta) yang terjadi pada tanggal 17 Agustus 1945.

Soekarno menandatangani Surat Perintah 11 Maret 1966 Supersemar yang kontroversial, yang isinya - berdasarkan versi yang dikeluarkan Markas Besar Angkatan Darat - menugaskan Letnan Jenderal Soeharto untuk mengamankan dan menjaga keamanan negara dan institusi kepresidenan. Supersemar menjadi dasar Letnan Jenderal Soeharto untuk membubarkan Partai Komunis Indonesia (PKI) dan mengganti anggota-anggotanya yang duduk di parlemen. Setelah pertanggung jawabannya ditolak Majelis Permusyawaratan Rakyat Sementara (MPRS) pada sidang umum ke empat tahun 1967, Presiden Soekarno diberhentikan dari jabatannya sebagai presiden pada Sidang Istimewa MPRS pada tahun yang sama dan mengangkat Soeharto sebagai pejabat Presiden Republik Indonesia.

Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono

Jend. TNI (Purn.) Dr. H. Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono (lahir di Tremas, Arjosari, Pacitan, Jawa Timur, Indonesia, 9 September 1949; umur 62 tahun) adalah Presiden Indonesia ke-6 yang menjabat sejak 20 Oktober 2004. Ia, bersama Wakil Presiden Muhammad Jusuf Kalla, terpilih dalam Pemilu Presiden 2004. Ia berhasil melanjutkan pemerintahannya untuk periode kedua dengan kembali memenangkan Pemilu Presiden 2009, kali ini bersama Wakil Presiden Boediono. Sehingga, sejak era reformasi dimulai, Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono merupakan Presiden Indonesia pertama yang menyelesaikan masa kepresidenan selama 5 tahun dan berhasil terpilih kembali untuk periode kedua.

Yudhoyono yang dipanggil "Sus" oleh orangtuanya dan populer dengan panggilan "SBY", melewatkan sebagian masa kecil dan remajanya di Pacitan. Ia merupakan seorang pensiunan militer. Selama di militer ia lebih dikenal sebagai Bambang Yudhoyono. Karier militernya terhenti ketika ia diangkat Presiden Abdurrahman Wahid sebagai Menteri Pertambangan dan Energi pada tahun 1999 dan tampil sebagai salah seorang pendiri Partai Demokrat. Pangkat terakhir Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono adalah Jenderal TNI sebelum pensiun pada 25 September 2000. Pada Pemilu Presiden 2004, keunggulan suaranya dari Presiden Megawati Soekarnoputri membuatnya menjadi presiden pertama yang terpilih melalui pemilihan langsung oleh rakyat Indonesia. Hal ini dimungkinkan setelah melalui amandemen UUD 1945.

Dalam kehidupan pribadinya, Ia menikah dengan Kristiani Herrawati yang merupakan anak perempuan ketiga Jenderal (Purn) Sarwo Edhi Wibowo (alm), komandan RPKAD (kini Kopassus) yang turut membantu menumpas Partai Komunis Indonesia (PKI) pada tahun 1965.

1. Ayam Betutu

Betutu adalah lauk yang terbuat dari ayam atau bebek yang utuh yang berisi bumbu, kemudian dipanggang dalam api sekam. Betutu ini telah dikenal di seluruh kabupaten di Bali. Salah satu produsen betutu adalah desa Melinggih, kecamatam payangan kabupaten Gianyar. Ayam betutu juga merupakan makanan khas Gilimanuk.
 Betutu digunakan sebagai sajian pada upacara keagamaan dan upacara adat
 serta sebagai hidangan dan di jual. Konsumennya tidak hanya masyarakat 
Bali tapi juga tamu manca negara yang datang ke Bali, khususnya pada 
tempat-tempat tertentu seperti di hotel dan rumah makan atau restoran. Betutu tidak tahan disimpan lama.

2. Be pasih mesambel matah

Be pasih mesambel matah  adalah nama salah satu makanan khas Bali. Makanan ini terbuat dari ikan laut segar, yang dilaburi dengan bumbu bawang putih, ketumbar, kunyit, terasi, garam dan kadang-kadang dengan kencur. Setelah bumbu ikannya meresap, lalu dipanggang dengan arang kayu atau arang batok kelapa. Adapun bahan sambalnya terdiri atas bawang merah, cabai rawit, sereh, terasi bakar, garam, dan bisa juga ditambahkan cabai besar
 untuk memberi tambahan rasa. Bahan-bahan tersebut dicampur, dirajang 
halus, lalu diremas-remas untuk menyatukan rasa. Terakhir, ditambahkan minyak kelapa asli dan air perasan jeruk limau. Makanan ini disajikan biasanya bersama dengan nasi, plecing kangkung dan daun kemangi. Makanan ini cukup populer di daerah-daerah pesisir Bali; diantaranya di pantai Jimbaran (Kuta), pantai Sanur (Denpasar), dan pantai Lebih (Gianyar).

 3. Lawar

Lawar adalah makanan tradisional Bali
 berupa campuran sayur-sayuran dan daging cincang yang dibumbui. Makanan
 ini digunakan sebagai sajian dan hidangan, serta telah dijual secara 
luas di rumah-rumah makan dengan merek lawar Bali. Lawar adalah salah 
satu jenis lauk pauk yang dibuat dari daging yang dicincang, sayuran, sejumlah bumbu-bumbu dan kelapa
 dan kadang-kadang di beberapa jenis lawar diberikan unsur yang dapat 
menambah rasa dari lawar itu ialah darah dari daging itu sendiri, darah 
tersebut dicampurkan dengan bumbu-bumbu tertentu sehingga menambah lezat
 lawar tersebut. Lawar sendiri tidak dapat bertahan lama makanan ini 
jika didiamkan di udara terbuka hanya bertahan setengah hari.

Penamaannya bervariasi, biasanya berdasarkan jenis daging yang digunakan atau jenis sayurannya. Bila yang digunakan daging babi maka lawar yang dihasilkan disebut lawar babi., demikian juga bila yang digunakan sayur nangka, maka lawarnya diberi nama lawar nangka. Ada juga pemberian namanya berdasarkan warna lawarnya yaitu lawar merah bila warna lawarnya merah, lawar putih bila warna lawarnya putih dan ada lawar yang bernama lawar padamare,
 yaitu sejenis lawar yang dibuat dari campuran beberapa jenis lawar. 
Lawar disajikan sebagai teman nasi bersama jenis lauk-pauk lainnya.

4. Nasi jenggo

Nasi jenggo (atau nasi jinggo) adalah makanan khas Bali yang serupa dengan nasi kucing, namun lauk disediakan sangat berbeda, umumnya adalah mie goreng, sambal, serundeng, dan ayam yang disuwir-suwir pedas. Namun nasi jenggo dapat ditambahkan dengan telur, tempe, dan tahu. Nasi jenggo umumnya dibungkus dengan daun pisang. Sama seperti nasi kucing, porsi nasi jenggo sangat sedikit dan 
harganya murah (umumnya Rp. 1000,- sampai Rp. 5000,-), sehingga nasi 
jenggo kurang mengenyangkan dan biasanya dibeli beberapa bungkus.

  5.  Rujak Manis 

Rujak manis adalah semacam salad. Terbuat dari buah-buahan segar dengan saos manis pedas. Buah-buahan yang dipakai antara lain: mangga muda, bengkuang, salak, pepaya yang hampir matang, kedondong, jambu, mentimun, belimbing, dan lain-lain. Saus yang dipakai terbuat dari gula jawa, kacang tanah, asam, garam, jeruk nipis, dan cabai.
